Accounting Associate (PAYROLL)
(Makati City)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing of payroll of the company’s clients
- Responsible for providing financial analysis reports to management. This position prepares financial statements and journal entries.
- Assist the supervisor in the accumulation and analysis of information for preparation of financial statements, ledgers and reports.
- Assists in the monthly and year-end reconciliation
- Reconciles vended work, temporary help, and security deposits
- Ensures financial information reported is complete and accurate
- Creates journal entries and performs account analysis
- Reconciles accounts and analyses the P&L
- Creates payroll flash reports to management as requested
- Computes, prepares and maintains journal entries for fixed assets
- Performs bank reconciliations to the general ledger
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably in a BPO or shared services company
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills
- Solid knowledge/background in payroll processing is a must
- Knowledge in payroll/monthly reportorial and inventory management
- Candidates must be willing to work on shifting schedules
- Preferably not more than 30 years old
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
