Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a degree of BS. Agriculture Major in Animal Science or Animal Husbandry or Veterinary Medicine or its equivalent, must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Applicants must be hardworking, persistent and driven to succeed. They must be wiling to work from Mondays to Saturdays in Nueva Ecija or Pangasinan.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• The Farm Aide Technicians will undergo a rigid training on the various stages of the sales process. They need to develop comprehensive knowledge of the product/s assigned to them and the competition. They will be tasked to cover a specific area on which they would develop.
• They may also be asked to help cover and saturate a particular area for an effective period to improve the company’s presence, requiring travel to the key cities of the country when needed.
• Those who pass the program successfully will have opportunities for sales team management, and marketing, product or brand management open to them not only from the company but also from San Miguel Corporation.
• The Farm Aide Technicians will provide the motive force in the attainment of the company’s goal of being in the top 500 corporations in 2008 and its vision to be the dominant market leader in every product line it carries through excellent customer service.
