Telecom/Telephony Technical Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• - BSCE/EE/CS or MIS graduate
• - Must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• - Must be flexible, dependable and able to multi-task with priority.
• - Excellent customer service attitude is extremely important.
• - Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner under sometimes stressful situations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• - Network protocols, firewalls, and strong Linux and Windows NT.
• - Must also be proficient in web development technologies.
• - Key VoIP protocols, particularly SIP and VoIP networks in general
• - Knowledge of GSM, 802.11 & Wireless networking is highly desired.
• - Debug complex SIP call flows with IP packet capture tools
• - Background in developing & integrating SIP ALG & user agent features into networking devices
• - Working knowledge of border controllers & their affects on SIP signaling
• - Experience & knowledge of basic Telephony: FXS/FXO, Telecom Protocol such as ISDN, CAS
• - VoIP industry experience a MAJOR +++
• - Must be willing to travel to the US and key cities of Asia and Middle East

• Required skill(s) : Graphic Artists, Voice Over IP.
