TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
(National Capital Reg – Metro Manila)
Responsibilities:
- Leads and directs the activities of the Training Academy. Task includes overseeing the formulation, development and implementation of efficient training and development activities and programs.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent;
- Minimum of five years managerial experience in training and development;
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills;
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
Competencies: Projects a corporate image of professionalism. Must be able to deal well with all levels in the organization, people-oriented, and possesses strong leadership qualities. Dynamic, highly motivated and works well under pressure.
