PLANT HR MANAGER
(National Capital Reg – Metro Manila)
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the HR Department on hiring, developing and maintaining talents while strengthening the Company’s culture & values and supporting the advancement of the company’s business objectives.
- Partners with the management in the development and implementaton of HR plans that support the business objectives.
- Designs, implements and administers corporate programs such as compensation, benefits, labor relations, performance management, and the like.
- Partners with business groups in recruiting prospective and in developing current employees.
- Leads initiative in partnering with Union and in the implementation and administration of programs aimed to ensure healthy Union-Management relationship.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Industrial Relations or similar discipline. MBA degree or Llb is an advantage.
- At least five(5) years experience in HR Management and Development in a managerial capacity in a unionized environment.
- Adept in labor laws and in dealing with union.
- Must possess good communication, influencing, problem-solving and customer service skills plus the ability to adapt to change.
- Must have the ability to work well in group, must possess strong leadership skills
- Will to be assigned in Taguig City
