QA and Process Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the documentation and coordination of process, programs, and practices.
• Ensure minimal defects as a result on non compliance to current process and procedures.
• Responsible for continuous improvements in products and services.
• Responsible for continuous implementations and monitoring of process to address needs or issues of the team.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Process Design & Control/Instrumentation or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
• Required skill(s): Process Mapping.
• With Six Sigma Training.
• Experience in performing Process Compliance Audits.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedules.
• Good communication skills (written and oral).
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.

Facilities Engineer (Canlubang)
(Southern Tagalog - Canlubang, Laguna)

 Responsibilities:

• To assist in the design, implementation and management of various programs under Quality Workplace Program. To help manage various outsourced services (Reception, Staff House, Warehouse, Employee Shuttle and Canteen vendor management) in support of Main Office Support administrative operations.
• PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the following areas:
• • Design and implement QWP programs
• • Review and measure performance of existing process and operations
• • Design and re-design process/ operation improvements
• • Regularly review QWP performance reports prior to cascade
• • Screens replacements/ reliever supervisor endorsed by contractor agency
• • Ensures efficient operation for all of the above functions supporting MO property Management Program
• • Coordinates with agency representatives on compliance with government mandatory benefits, staff replacement and service level agreement between JFC and agency-partner
• • Oversee messengerial and courier operations
• • Checks and recommends payment of all supplier’s billings. Regularly check OPEX budget and actual expense
• • Create and implement policies and procedures of all reception operations, staff house management, messengerial operation and employee shuttle management
• • Organizes activities and meetings with the staff and agency to monitor concerns, feedbacks and to develop a team-working environment

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Noah’s Paper Mills, Inc.

Noah’s Paper Mill is located at South East Marcos Bridge, Marcos Hi-way, Marikina City with a land area of 9 hectares. The plant was commissioned on November 1995 and it was officially in commercial operation on February 1996. The mill is consists of 1 Paper Machine and an in-house converting plant with state-of-the-art paper recycling and deinking technology.

The Paper machine has a capacity of 25,000 tpy of printing and writing paper employing 95 regular employees overall.

• M/F, 22 to 33 yrs of age, ECE/EE/Electronic Technician graduate, with good moral character, with at least 2 years related working experience.
