Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taytay,Rizal.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Test Automation Team Lead
(Cebu)

Responsibilities:

Work on initiatives that help institutionalize test automation. Work in collaboration with the Test Operation group to identify test areas for automation. Drive the continuous success of the test automation for Cebu Test Deliverables as well as looking for creative ways to further improve test efficiency.

To systematically improve the Efficiency & Effectiveness of Test Operations specifically through increased automation, testability, & debug capabilities of a given technology/product.

This work will also include establishing measurements & reporting to show results of improvements

Requirements:• Has a BS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
• Knowledgeable in Windows, Mac and Linux/Unix Operating Systems
• Knowledgeable with the following programming languages:
Database – MS Access, mySQL, etc.
Scripting – AutoIt, Applescript, VB Script, Java Script, Perl, etc.
Web – PHP

Wafer Quality & Reliability Engineer
(Southern Tagalog – Laguna)

• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing wafer map patterns that have yield concerns; Interface with fab yield and global engineering team, arrest and prevent test escapees at sort. Evaluate and install efficient and effective outlier detection and prevention systems at sort toward zero ppm operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• * BS Engineering: ECE, Materials Engineering, Applied Physics.
• * 3-5 experience in wafer map pattern analysis including bin fails ananlysis; fab reliability failure analysis.
• * Proficiency in spreadsheet and wafer data map data analysis; outlier detection and isolation methodologies.
• * Assertive, independent, goal/results oriented, excellent interpersonal skills.
