Lead Gen. Specialist
National Capital Reg – Makati City

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and progress of telesales callouts
• Conduct leads Gen briefing/ road show to sales regions
• Coordinates with CS, IT, credit (pre-approval) and outsourced support groups
• Generate, deliver reports and monitor track leads
• Support with our sales channels and marketing
• Be up to date with sales and marketing promos for tele sales
• Assist in data base clean up and maintenance activities
• Monitor data entry encoders/contractuals
• Safekeep and ensure newly gathered directories are inputted in the data base

Requirements

• College graduate of business, marketing, mass communication course or any relevant course
• From exclusive university or school
• Must have skills in, computer, auditing and monitoring, presentation
• Must be knowledgeable in sales and marketing

SALES INFORMATION MANAGER(National Capital Reg – Quezon City)

Responsibilities

·         Gathers and shares trends in Telecommunications industry particularly in the Region.

·         Arranges updated Economic Indicators on a regional basis.

·         Gathers and consolidates updated information with regards to Sun Cellular’s Network infrastructure (new cell-site roll-out, cell-site optimisation, traffic congestion and downtime).

·         Provides sales and distribution Forecasts on a regional basis.

·         Provides Dealer Sales with market intelligence in terms of consolidated competitive information to supplement national strategic planning activities.

·         Develops and implements Regional Surveys (eg, Trade surveys, network surveys, subscriber surveys, etc.).

·         Creates presentations and proposals for the group, as needed.

·         Attends Network Coverage Meetings and maintains good relations with Network Operations and Dealer Sales.

·         Provides structured information to Dealer Sales Personnel to maximize sales and distribution potential in respective areas.

·         Provides trainings and reviews to the Regional Sales Team pertaining to Network Coverage Planning as well as Sales and Distribution Forecasting.

·         Liases with sales, regional and national trade marketing.

Requirements

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent.

·         At least 3 years of working experience in Sales Information Analysis preferably in fast moving consumer goods industry.

·         Telco exposure is an advantage.
