Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

  • JOB SUMMARY
  • Responsible for planning and implementatin of programs to meet company target for network development and market expansion in order to maximize revenue for sales.
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plans and strategize network development and market expansion
  • Identifies priority areas and open new markets
  • Conducts client calls, area saturation drives, prospecting , business opportunity presentations
  • Identifies potential business partners and negotiate agreements
  • Should be able to deliver positive results on the required number of business partners within a specified time period
  • May train and develop dealers
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Reports to the National Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, 25 to 30 years old
  • Graduate of Marketing, Communication Arts or any four-year business course
  • At least 2 years experience in direct selling or network marketing
  • Has an impressive track record of sales achievement
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to travel to any area of assignment

LEASING MANAGER 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Leasing Manager shall be responsible in ensuring the maximum occupancy of the leasable spaces in the malls under his/her area of responsibility. This individual will orchestrate sourcing strategies for potential retail tenants and new concepts. He/ she is expected to maintain positive tenant relationships to promote occupancy of the mall properties, and prepares forecasts and maintains budget to maximize mall value and profitability.

Candidate must have solid years of managerial experience in property/tenant management, sales and marketing, or brand management, with minimum academic requirements of Bachelors Degree preferably in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.

Ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills.

Strong background in brand marketing, business development, customer service and extensive network are extremely helpful.

We will only process applicants from reputable universities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.

Required language(s): English.

Preferred language(s): Chinese.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Successful applicants will be assigned to malls closest to their residence.

Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
