Project Manager & Team Leads

As part of our mobilization & transition team, you will be involved in the transition and build out activities, from project planning and design to implementation and delivery to initial operations management. You will play a key role in the development of solutions that best fit the client’s needs ensuring that Accenture Delivery Centers in the Philippines can support the solution designed for the client, lead and/or participate in the BPO Centre-wide initiatives that are set to grow and improve the BPO practice.

The types of projects you will handle will depend on the client account assigned to your team and usually involves organization, process and manpower planning. Projects can last several months to over a year.

REQUIREMENTS:

You are a dynamic leader who is able to plan, design and implement operations processes and systems. You are able to collaborate with different teams in order to meet project timelines, budget and overall goals.

You are a Bachelor’s degree holder and are technology and process savvy and able to interact with high level management.
