Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all the logistical needs of the company such as bill of materials, engineering designs, specifications, research works and other tasks are processed, prepared and completed on time and at the most cost efficient result for the pricing committee to come out with a competitive selling cost.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- With extensive experience in estimating and designing from a real estate industry.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- With knowledge in computer software such as STAAD Pro, MS Word, Excel, Auto CADD and others.
- With good oral & written communication skills.
