PAYROLL SUPERVISOR
(National Capital Reg - Quezon City)
Responsibilities:
- In-charge in delivering accurate work pay of employees.
- Supervise and coordinate subordinate in the preparation of the payroll based on the available data and other compensation and benefits due to the employees.
- Directly supervise subordinates in accordance with the company policies in terms of work assignment, performance development, motivation and enforcement of discipline.
- Attend company meetings and preside meetings in the department to disseminate information of implementing guidelines.
- Maintain proper utilization or resources assigned to the department.
Requirements:
- Female
- 28-32 years ols
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- With 2 years related experience (supervisory experience is an advantage)
- With good communication and computational skills.
- Must be hardworking and assertive.
- Can operate and utilize computer programs like excel, word and spreadsheets and payroll-based programs.
