TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR
(National Capital Reg – Metro Manila)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in monitoring and overseeing the development, execution and evaluation of training programs and training needs assessment.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent;
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience in handling training and development functions, particularly in the conduct of training programs.
Competencies: Projects a corporate image of professionalism. Deals well with all levels in the organization, people-oriented and possesses strong leadership qualities. Dynamic, goal-oriented and highly motivated to produce commendable results.
