I’ve noticed that prizes of lotto draws no longer riches the 50M to 100M mark prize. This only shows that bettors numbers are decreasing and prize money does not depend on the number of bettors but thru the discretion of PCSO management. Now, we are quite in a dilemma whether the alleged winners really won. Hehe …what a joke.
