Sir, I’m confused. I bought a ticket for 6/45 today April 22, 2015 at 5:39 PM. My concern is that I think I was sold a ticket for a draw that occurred at 1300 or 1:00PM but which was sold to me at 17:39 or 5:39PM. Is this assumption correct? If so I think I ‘ve been duped by that lotto outlet located at the old Sta Ana Hippodrome in Manila.
